PGI Welsh Lamb - Recipe masterclasses

Using our network of contacts in the hospitality industry, we secured six new chef ambassadors to create a total of 10 video master classes; each focused on a different recipe which showcases PGI Welsh Lamb.

Accompanying each film, we made a suite of teaser videos and recipe images for use across the Welsh Lamb social media channels, with content specifically tailored to each channel for maximum impact.

Here’s an example of the full masterclass videos that we created, featuring Owen Morgan from the Bar 44 Group, with restaurants in Cardiff, Bristol and Penarth.

Food Cardiff - Pasture SRA 3*

As part of an ongoing communications campaign with Food Cardiff we make regular video content to showcase the great work that’s happening throughout the city’s good food movement.

As an example, in 2023 Pasture became the first independent restaurant in Cardiff to secure a 3* Sustainable Restaurant Association accreditation. We went behind the scenes to share their story and inspire others to follow their example.

Social media formats

In addition to the films we make for the Food Cardiff website, we create a range of cut-down captioned films, tailored for use across the organisation’s social channels
